I'd like to get into some commission work so I'll use this blog as a sort of basic portfolio. Anywho, to the photos.
First off are some Ultramarines I painted last year. They're completely different to the brighter Terminators shown in my first post, this was due to me wanting to try a new technique...
The results were better than I thought, however it was a fairly drawn out process which I would only use on a single special character.
I tried the same technique with red on a quick test-mini...
It didn't work as well as the blue but with a few tweaks it could have been alright.
Next up are some Tau. I've delved into the Tau a number of times over the years but have only recently found a paint scheme I actually liked..
As you can see they're still not finished despite being a year old now. This is just because they were only meant to be test models incase I deided to continue with the Tau, however the Space Marines took hold again!
